Exceptional Service and Great Family Stay!
We enjoyed our two-night stay with exceptional service from the friendly staff, who went the extra mile for our family. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful treat, especially the fresh pastries. Don’t miss the inviting pool area for evening relaxation with the kids!

The stay was nice and quiet. the low guest turnover added to the peaceful atmosphere. However, the coffee condiments left much to be desired, with old creamer that resembled a brick. Customer service was attentive, but the overall upkeep of common areas could use improvement.

perfect spot for weekend strolls and exploring local gems
I had a wonderful experience here as it was super close to Faust Street Bridge and just a short walk to the Farmers Market, making my weekend city strolls so enjoyable while discovering local attractions. The breakfast was great with a good selection that fueled my adventures each day.

The room was spacious and clean, and having the option to bring our pet was a huge plus. However, the hallway carpets were in dire need of vacuuming, as they had paint chips and debris scattered about, which took away from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, no food options were available due to ongoing renovations, which was disappointing.

The location was perfect for our group, offering easy access to tubing on the Comal River. Staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Just keep in mind some facilities might need a bit of maintenance during busy times.
One downside was the pool. it was green and didn't seem inviting for a swim.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our recent stay was quite pleasant overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the spacious Queen Room and the refreshing pool area, perfect after a day at the nearby attractions. However, some street noise disrupted sleep. Consider asking for a quieter room away from the highway.

The room was decent and clean, but the AC struggled with the humidity. There were some disturbances from kids in the hall, which made it hard to sleep. While the staff was friendly, the breakfast options could be improved. Overall, a mixed experience but not terrible for a short stay.

missingWrote a review on Aug 17welcoming lobbyconvenient accesslocal attractionsroad noise
The layout of the lobby is welcoming, providing a decent seating area for relaxing after a long drive. Easy access to local attractions makes it simple to explore the area without much hassle.
The proximity to the highway leads to significant road noise, which can be bothersome during the night. The pool's location right next to the road lacks privacy, diminishing its appeal for a relaxing swim. Furthermore, the shower in the Queen Room had a knob that was extremely hard to turn, requiring some effort to get it functioning properly.

The room I got was clean and well-maintained. The king bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The staff I encountered were friendly, which made check-in smooth. However, I noticed the hot water in the shower fluctuated a lot, which was annoying. I also had a hard time accessing the hotel, particularly entering the parking lot due to heavy traffic on the main road. Breakfast wasn't very impressive either. it lacked variety, and I wished there were more choices beyond just the usual items like sausage and eggs. I think this place has potential with a little more consideration for guest needs.

We had a wonderful adventure tubing on the Comal River. the kids loved splashing around in the cool water and we all enjoyed the sun. The staff really made us feel welcome and our room was spacious and clean.
My children wished there were more kid-friendly snacks available at the hotel. A larger variety of breakfast options would be great for families.

Just a well-suited match for a weekend trip in New Braunfels with good value. Breakfast was just OK, but convenient for a quick start. Check the elevator before using it. it may look a bit shaky.
